Warranty Policy

Seller warrants to the original purchaser the products manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Seller’s obligation under this warranty shall be to the repair, including labor, or exchange of any part or parts which may thus prove defective under normal use and service within ninety (90) days from the date of Shipment to the original purchaser, and within Seller’s examination shall disclose to its satisfaction to be thus defective.

The original purchaser is obligated to return said part or parts to Seller’s facility for this warranty to apply within the time period set forth above. The original purchaser shall obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from the seller before shipping any product back to the seller. The seller will provide a prepaid shipping label for Standard Ground Transportation to the original purchaser via email. The original purchaser shall pay the costs of shipping and handling for any service other than Standard Ground Transportation from Seller’s location to original purchaser’s place of business and back.

Correction by Seller, of the defects in the manner provided above shall constitute a fulfillment of all liabilities of Seller with respect to this warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON ITS PART, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ID HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. SELLER NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT, ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT OR ANY PART THEREOF WHICH HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, ALTERATION, ABUSE, OR MISUSE. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT TO THE ACCESSORIES OR PARTS NOT SUPPLIED BY IT.

What does the warranty not cover?
Please note that any product that has sustained damage from a projectile (bullet or shrapnel) or shows any attempt to repair, open, or tamper with the devices in any way, beyond the maintenance procedures depicted in this manual, will void the warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from projectiles, including but not limited bullets or shrapnel
  • Smart Target Attachment servo motor failure due to over torqueing an indicator mount
  • Stripping the servo motor splines due to over torqueing the indicator mount screw
  • Consumables, including but not limited to Active Target Indicators
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage due to weather, lightning, and other acts of God, such as power surges
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Modification of any part of the Product
  • Damage due to incorrect operation or maintenance
  • Connection to an incorrect voltage or power supply
  • Attempted repair by any person not authorized by Trigger Interactive to service the Product
  • Products sold “as is” or “with all faults”
  • Products where the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed
  • Loss or Theft of this product or any part of the product
  • Failures or Damage caused by any contact including but not limited to corrosive liquids

Warranty Process

How do I submit a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim, send an email to warranty@triggerinteractive.com. Please include your order number and/or receipt, description of the issue, and pictures (if applicable).

Warranty Claim Process
Trigger Interactive will reply with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label. Once the RMA number and shipping label are received, ship the warrantable product back to Trigger Interactive at the address below. Be sure to include the RMA number on the box. *Important – Do NOT return any products to Trigger Interactive, LLC without first receiving a RMA number.

Once the product has been received by Trigger Interactive, the company will determine if the product contains any defects in materials or workmanship caused by the manufacturing process and that no disqualifying damage exists that would void the warranty.

If Trigger Interactive determines that a manufacturing defect exists, the company will repair, replace, or reimburse the warrantable product. If it is determined that the product does not meet warrantable criteria, the product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
